that is consistent and easy to understand. It employs several
common screen objects and interface design features that are
intended to maximize usability and shorten the learning curve.

Customers & Job Sites
Unlike most other billing and accounting software, DeepEnd
makes a clear distinction between a Customer and a Job Site
because they truly are separate, yet related, entities.
It makes sense that service work be associated with the Job
Site while sales & billing be associated with the Customer.

Service Module
DeepEnd's Service Module enables you to track each Service Job from start to finish while
maintaining the distinction between the Job Site and the Customer. All service history
is related to the Job Site and all billing history is related to the Customer. And with the
Customer being related to the Job Site(s), DeepEnd ties all the information together
in an easy-to-follow user interface.

Sales Order Entry
This component is used for entering sales where Point-of-Sale equipment
is not used.
Product Items, Labor Items and "Other" Items can all be added to a sale.

Point of Sale
DeepEnd's optional Point of Sale module integrates seamlessly
with the Core Service module by using the same database and
employing the same general interface design.
It is intended to replace a conventional cash register while
providing real-time database transactions for sales tracking
and inventory control.

Purchase Orders
DeepEnd provides tremendous capability in creating Purchase
Orders and tracking the receiving of the shipments. With its
powerful Purchase Order Generator and optional Parts Wizard
integration, DeepEnd makes creating purchase orders easier
than ever.

Inventory Control
DeepEnd boasts one of the most extensive Inventory Control
Systems. available in its price range. It supports multiple
warehouses and tracks the transfer of items between warehouses
giving you the ability to define each service truck as a
warehouse and know what should be in each truck at any given time.

User Security System
DeepEnd's built-in user security system gives you complete
control over what each user can and cannot do. This enables
you to decide how "open" or "locked down" you want DeepEnd to be.

Parts Lookups
The Parts Wizard has been
completely redesigned to provide tight integration with DeepEnd.
Product items in the Parts Wizard
Library are linked to your Inventory items to enable you
to make direct use of the items found by Parts Wizard lookups.

QuickBooks Link
DeepEnd provides a direct database link to the QuickBooks
company file giving you a truly integrated application.
When sales and purchasing transactions or inventory
adjustments are saved, the transactions are posted
immediately to the QuickBooks General Journal.
